played this when it came out and it was actually pretty good, though only was like 80 min long
Those final scenes, man. Good lord. Make sure you have tissues at hand because there will be tears.
The interactive medium of video games can contend with other forms of media, as exemplified by this brief yet powerful indie title, Before Your Eyes.
It is such a beautiful experience that is built by an excellent cast of voice actors, an ever eminent passion and imaginative drive from the developers and a heartfelt story that is very evocative and immersive. The centerpiece of its appeal is that the gameplay is designed around actual blinking. It takes you on an eye-opening (no pun intended) journey that will make you reframe the essence of the ordinariness of life.
Blink detection doesn't work well enough for me, I did have it calibrated perfectly but then it stopped and I can't get it to work again.
игра, от которой я плакал, а я мужик, бля, не положено мне
I usually don’t really enjoy small 1-hour bitesize games like these as much as games with longer hours, this game is different. It squeezes so much into an hour and a half and completes its story fully, and this game took me on a journey and got me thinking about death closer than ever before, this game my friends is a real emotional journey.
