A remaster of Devil May Cry 2

An HD remaster of Devil May Cry 2, first made available in "Devil May Cry HD Collection." Devil May Cry 2 takes place many years after the first game. This installment introduces the ability to run along walls, the Rain Storm ability, and others, giving Dante even more freedom to defeat enemies in style. You can also play as the new character, Lucia, who uses speed as a weapon against enemies, as opposed to Dante who relies on power. The bonus mode, Bloody Palace, also makes its first appearance here.

Guilty pleasure lol. C'mon folks, there are objectively much worse games in existence.

Honestly, this game is really just a joke, not really a good one either, I see why people think this game is as bad as it is, and really the only thing that was overly egregious was how they butchered Dante's character at least imo.

Then again for the old dmc games and having to restart the mission entirely unless you had a yellow orb wasn't ever a good thing, I would have much prefered if it was like restart where you were standing or scrap that and you spawn in the room you just entered.

Anyways a bad game for sure.

I didnt even think this game was like outwardly offensive or anything like i was epecting i was just kind of lost and bored the entire time. i got 5 missions in before giving up lol

Non mi è piaciuto per nulla se non in pochi momenti.

Won't even recommend that to my worst enemy

You can tell this was rushed, but still has some potential as seen how additions to Dante's moveset (like dodging) was added to future games. But it's still very not good, although not devoid of enjoyment. The story has no coherence whatsoever. I don't feel like playing Lucia's route at all.
