Jingle jangle those keys right in my face. Coins fall like tears in rain.

Warning! Be careful! Here comes the strong one!

Geeze it'd really suck if there was another game that came out a year later that did this game's main gimmick and because way more popular wouldn't that be fucking horrible? (It's really cool though)

Really love the aesthetic style of this game, great sound design, cool announcer, cool character design, nice stage backgrounds, and it feels fun play too! The stages are fast and exciting, though the last two stages are a bit slow feeling. Bosses look good and the music is great to hear.

That being said, the bounty item system is opaque and esoteric, which is sad because the bounty hunter angle is cool but good luck figuring out that the items make you stronger. Also I'd prefer it if half the characters weren't hidden as secret characters. And the story feels like it could have used a bit more something in-game. This is very much a game where you have to look up external resources.

Overall, though, worth playing.

Really love the ending credits for this game, for some reason, but other than that, this game rules........... 8ING sweep.......
