Fur Fighters

released on Jun 23, 2000

A group of baby stuffed animals are kidnapped from their families by the Stupid Bears (an evil gang of stuffed teddy bears, of all things!), and it is up to the Fur Fighters to save the young ones. The group that you control ranges from Kangaroos and Penguins to Cats and Dogs, all with their unique abilities and styles of fighting, which you must use to not only defeat the Stupid Bears, but complete puzzles and specific objectives along the way. You can control only one character at a time, but there are teleport areas so that you can change your character to one that can complete the tasks at hand.

Probably my favorite Dreamcast game ever, I'm surprised it didn't take off into a whole series of its own. Super weird, super unique and memorable. Cute little animals blowing each other away. There's something creepy about mafia dogs.

I have so many bizarre memories playing this game as a kid. Multiplayer matches against my sister while making Digimon movie references. Getting chased through sewers by ducks or something scared the shit out of me. So many weirdly dark moments and locations have stuck with me to this day. The Dreamcast sure was the shit.

Underrated 3d platform shooter! Had a blast playing on the ps2 during sleepovers with friends and I think the PC version still holds up okay to this day if you can get it running.
