In Gears of War 2, The COG continues its fight against the Locust horde, who are attempting to sink all of the cities on the planet Sera by using a big riftworm to eat the ground beneath them. Sergeant Marcus Fenix leads Delta Squad into the depths of the planet to try to stop the worm from eating but instead they discover the true intent of the Locust actions.

Hell yeah!
This game was fricking awesome. It takes everything that was good about the first and improves upon it in every way possible. The story here is incredible and the characters had more depth, add to that the missions were much more fun and interesting. Definitely check this game out especially if you weren't a fan of the first.

insane jump in quality from how bad the first game was. the gameplay is actually good and the art design was actually amazing which shocked me considering most people talk about how bland these games are. playing with a friend also makes the game so much better
