Kirby: Squeak Squad, known in Europe as Kirby: Mouse Attack and in Japan as Kirby of the Stars: Calling on the Dorotche Gang (Japanese: 星のカービィ 参上! ドロッチェ団 Hepburn: Hoshi no Kābī Sanjō! Dorocche Dan?), is a 2006-07 platforming video game developed by HAL Laboratory, Flagship and Natsume (the latter as seen in the end credits) and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. Unlike the previous Nintendo DS title, Kirby: Canvas Curse, Squeak Squad is a traditional platformer which uses the face buttons instead of the touch screen to control Kirby.

I prefer superstar but this is still fun. Ghost is a really fun ability

Great game . Nostalgic ost . The plot was pretty dark for a Kirby game . It was a fun game to play through with such interesting villains never before seen

This game is lovely, don't listen to the cynics.

I still have a few gaps in my Kirby knowledge... but I think this might be the absolute worst "mainline" Kirby game. The levels are dull, the touch screen gimmicks are underwhelming, and the trying to take back the cake the Squeak Squad stole from Kirby is a boring reason for to go out on another adventure.

i 100%ed this game as a lil jhit because i was incredibly obsessive about this little pink piece of shit

An extremely competent kirby game. The new powerups and the touch screen inventory are fun ideas, even if they don't always work in concept. I cannot say there's any super poor level design, or that I didn't enjoy the overall gameplay.
However, I wish that the game was more difficult than it is. Kirby games aren't difficult games, but especially compared to the games following this one, it felt way too easy for most of its run. Having a Kirby final boss, an absolute cosmic abomination, be easier than almost every single boss is downright shameful. Soundtrack isn't as particularly memorable as other Kirby games either, although the Squeak's theme is pretty great.

Great game, I just wish it was better.
