Emotional, beautiful, and a joy to play. Some of the more unique examples of the metroidvania genre, these stand out not just for their focus on platforming, but also their heart.

I started hyped but then I lost the interest because the combat system of Ori and the Blind Forest is ass honestly but I am forcing myself not to start Will of the Wisps before finishing the first one. I still wanna finish the games but I have so much better options right now to be honest and I dont think that it can compete with Hollow Knight (At least the first one) from what I have seen to this point which is not much to be honest just about a third of the first game. It just couldnt catch me in anyway and even though the Artstyle is beautiful, it couldnt save anything for me. So at least Ori and the Blind Forest is not really recommended if you like fast paste action Metroidvanias, like Hollow Knight or Metroid Dread.

love the story, open world, and difficulty
