Pony Island is a suspense puzzle game in disguise. You are in limbo, trapped in a malevolent and malfunctioning arcade machine devised by the devil himself. It is not a game about ponies.

arguably one of the first children of Undertale or at least first popular one and its very much style over substance
A really good outside-the-box adventure. It's funny in an absurd way and it has so many ideas that all work together. In some way, it's reminiscent of Stories Untold, but in a more playful note even in the serious moments. In that way, it's a bit more like Everhood - also because the music slaps.
abandoning this for now, i wanted to enjoy it so much bc i LOVE love love daniel mullins games and i did enjoy this up to a point! i just unfortunately don't think i have the fine motor skills necessary to finish this without getting frustrated so im gonna let it go for now
demons and devils are so brony pony kawaii
The Daniel Mullinsverse has gotta be the most absurd shit ever cohesively executed successfully, and I cannot wait to see what happens next with it.
Out of the gate with his first full game, Mullins nailed the themes he has since become known for. The gameplay of this debut however is very simple and repetitive, something he has improved upon in the intervening years. Worth pushing through and experiencing the story, especially for fans of Inscryption and Mullins' style.
