As good if not better than the original campaign. The seriousness lends itself well to complement the other humorous campaigns.

Good ass game

This expansion to the original Shovel Knight takes what was great about the original (exciting music, fun level design, cool abilities) and makes it cooler. In my opinion, Scythes are cooler than Shovels (even though both are great). If you've played the original Shovel Knight, I would say skip straight to this expansion. Plague Knight can come later.

The endless tower climb is self-inflicted torture.

Has the best astectic of the four and plays like a dream.

Strong gameplay, an emotional story and levels that are tailor made for Specter Knight make this a campaign to rival the original.
