It is a crime that Titanfall 1 did not have a campaign, considering the quality of this one.
It is also a crime what has happened to the multiplayer.
It is also a crime that we got apex legends instead of Titanfall 3 or Titanfall 2 multiplayer fixes and support.
It is also a crime that Respawn released this the same weekend as a mainline Battlefield entry, before they became complete garbage.
It is also a crime that EA bought respawn and now this franchise has essentially been relegated to worldbuilding for a battlepass infested live service battle royale game.
Truly, a modern tragedy.

Genuinely solid campaign with many great set pieces makes titanfall 2 worth playing through just for that. The multiplayer looks like an Adderall fueled hellscape but this game is perpetually $5 so pick it ip just for that single player.

i’ll probs update this after finishing the campaign but if this had a larger active player base it would be the only “arena style” multiplayer shooter i would play

This is the best shooter to be released in the past 10-15 years.

Fun and fluid gameplay and combat, titan combat felt heavy and devastating as it should, and delivered a good story.
