a two pack of ass. holds the impressive feat of having worse skate physics than the ps1 release

While it tries to be a remake to the first game, it fails pretty hard in most compartments. The controls suck, the camera is awkward and it gets pretty boring quick. The game looks decent, I guess. Skip

The remaster we wanted and regretted. THPS HD is just kind of an amalgamation of bad choices, it doesn't utilize any of the advancements made in the THPS games available up to this point, the controls are sluggish and stiff, the physics are floaty and inconsistent, overall just pretty unfun and unsatisfying to play. The soundtrack's pretty subpar compared to basically any of the other games, not necessarily because the songs are bad but because there's so few. Pretty forgettable entry and a poor debut by Robomodo into the mainline part of the series.

Its really not as bad as some people make it out to be, but there are a lot of questionable moments that happen in this game that simply do not happen in other tony hawk games. The physics are very floaty, wallrides just don't work half the time??, having cash as a system that you need to collect for stats is awful, and the removal of competition levels hurt this game severely. I do wish robomodo would've just used neversoft's engine, but they really never got the physics down properly.

Foi o único tony hawk que eu peguei pra jogar sozinho. Me diverti bastante

the idea that there could be someone out there who thinks this is better than - or even vaguely representative of - the original is a terrifying thought. i only ever played the trial and i want my money back. i keep it installed on my 360 as a reminder that things can always get worse
