Played as part of Atari 50.

A couple bite-sized remakes of old vector Atari games back to back. Mostly unremarkable but it's fun, however the 20 seconds you play of lunar lander definitely loses most of its appeal by being less clunky to play, and it probably would have been better off just being a fleshed out version of the tempest-influenced section at the end.

This one is awesome! Such a cool tribute to the vector-based era of Atari, melding together the designs of classics into a twin-stick arcade rush. Would make for a cool VR experience too, if they offered it.

[Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration Reimagined]

VCTR-SCTR is the third game in the Reimagined collection and oh my god, they did it, they turned an old Atari game fun- Wait not just one, but four different games into a single one. This game is a combination of Asteroids, Lunar Lander, Tempest, and Battlezone with seamless transitions in between each game phase, it reminds me of Wario Ware with how you just play short bursts of each of these four games with a cool transition in between, it's honestly just an awesome little title and definitely one of the highlights of this entire collection.

(Atari 50)

Cool little homage to vector graphics, pulling gameplay directly from Asteroids, Lunar Landing, Solaris, and Tempest, seamlessly jumping from one to the next. Digital Eclipse did a great job emulating the coolness of vector graphics here.

This is a pretty fun combination of a couple classic Atari vector games. Condensing the classics down to minute long bursts successfully. Truthfully I'd probably prefer just one of them getting a new longer game, probably Tempest, but what this is is still pretty good.

Played within Atari 50:

This game combines 4 different Vector styled games into a fun action packed ride that honestly is just a treat to play though.
Each section is broken down as follows:

1 - Asteroids - Asteroids
2 - Lunar Lander - the controls here feel a lot more stable and actually controllable compared to the original.
3 - Solaris/Major Havoc (Space ship parts) - The game is fast paced sort of like Solaris, but has the aspect of shooting and avoiding obstacles like Major Havoc. There could be other games inspired for this 3rd section but these are the first 2 that come to mind.
4. Tempest - Tempest was already amazing so having it hear was a no brainer.

There's alot of trial and error but, it's a great inclusion in the Atari Reimagined line up I'll gladly play again.
