combat is fun, looting isn't rdr2 ass, very pretty colors, music is gorgeous.

Good balance of things to do, good story, beautiful environments and interesting characters. I love that I have the ability to travel to this time and place through this video game.

Top 5 game of all time for me. Can’t wait for the movie and hopefully a sequel

ppl over hype the shit out of this game but it is really good, give it a try! (absolutely doesn't beat tlou2 in goty, sorry)

Must play, one of the best sony exclusives of the ps4 generation. Visually striking, emotional and respectful of the player. Thank you sucker punch

bagulho nao me prendeu , mundo aberto igual os ouutros

Beautiful, stunning, atmospheric, emotional, heavy, AMAZING gameplay. I haven’t finished this game yet but it’s a masterpiece and the only reason I didn’t finish is because I’m taking my sweet time with it, I never want it to end!! It’s so beautiful!

this game is straight up BEAUTIFUL
in terms of story and graphics, i really did enjoy this.
im not really a fan of samurai or japanese culture, but MAN this game really had me hooked.
in terms of gameplay, i love the combat. it feels new and inventive, while still making sense in game.
i found the extra side quests to be a bit boring though.

If you love samurai then this one is the best of the best. You won't be able to set it down. Greatest samurai game of all time. Looked beautiful on ps4. Can't imagine playing on ps5. Cherry blossoms really pop in this game. Don't get me started on game play. Holy crap! Just play it!

the kinda game ubisoft thinks it's making with every open-world slop they put out but they ain't even the fart

A samurai version of assassins creed.

Such an amazing game the story the combat I feel like I’m in the movie Jin Sakai the goat

Jin Sakai, "The Ghost". A truly captivating story that shows the terror and sacrifices of war. What would you do to protect those you love. Would you do things that sully your honor? Would you see it as sullying your honor, or doing what must be done to protect your home.
A battle of ideologies plagues Jin and his uncle. "You Have No Honor." "And You Are A Slave To It."
A game I will never forget. Characters that stick with you. A world that is breathtaking to roam.

Great cinematics, great visuals, great graphics, great story, great combat. Had a blast completing it! The only downside in my opinion is that those enemy encounters were too often to the point where I was forced to use fast travel even though I didn't really want to due to how beautiful the game is.

amo samurais amooooo aiiii que badalo

This games fuckin amazing. The story presented a ton of interesting ideas, and amazingly encapsulated the era and the problems with the feudal culture in japan. The arc that Sakai goes on through the story is really fascinating to see, and the ending is really heart wrenching. Where this game really shines, though, is the combat. I think this is the first time I had to “get good”. The combat is really immersive and fun, taking on hordes of enemies, using Jin’s different abilities to make seamless gameplay was really rewarding. The stealth was also really good which was surprising because that's not really a focus of most open world rpgs. The best part of the game though is easily the dueling system, facing an opponent one on one was really fun, dying while finding out their systems was really rewarding, after defeating Kojiro I actually popped off like I just won genesis man. This game is good asf, play if you wanna be good at video games.

It's the definition of a basic AAA game. The only real appeal is an open world Japan setting, and I get why people like that, but it's not enough to overshadow it's shortcomings. The combat is good enough, the story is alright, the characters are fine. The whole game is kind of inoffensive.

This game is fun and the story is good, but damn the exploration feels like a Ubisoft game. I feel like I’m just checking off marks on a map.

unbelievably mid, cannot fathom why this is rated so highly

played this in kurosawa mode on my first gameplay, it’s like watching a classic samurai flick. just don’t forget to write a haiku after every duel...

I wish this was an all-time favorite but they couldn’t stick the landing with some aspects of this game. That being said, I still think it’s great.
