Occasionally reminds me why I'm not an engineer.

Build, launch, explode, learn, repeat.

I have 50 minutes of reading the menu

Nothing else like it. Completely unrivaled in terms of simulationist rocket designing + space exploration games. I have an embarrassing number of hours in this game.

Whenever I play Kerbal Space Program I find it as less of a game, and more of an educational tool. For me, a normal person with an average intelligence, I would never be good enough here to make a massive rocket that takes me to the far reaches of Kerbins solar system; but I am able to, after many hours of research and in-game experimentation, get to Kerbins second moon. A event of which in reflection of I don't find myself feeling the same sense of accomplishment as I normally do in games, but instead something more in line to when you learn something new. A feeling that I am aware can come from video games in tutorials and unlocks, but I don't know, this game just feel soo different to me in that regard. Anyways, regardless of my emotions and weird thoughts, Kerbal Space Program is simply a very good game, with everything being very well fleshed out and in-depth. This game might not be for everyone, but it is certainty pretty good for what it sets out to do.

jogasso amo explodir kerbals

é muito bom e eu fiquei obcecado por um bom tempo mas eu acabei parando de jogar

Love taking my bois to the Mun

This game taught me basic orbital mechanics and thus ruined all science fiction movies for me permanently.

i dont know how to play but i made a ship spin 2,000 m/s and then ejected every crew member and watched them instantly explode

Only 300 hours of gameplay to reach Eeloo.

you gotta have some very specific interests to enjoy this game

The premise sounded like it could be fun but it definitely wasn't, maybe cause I was high and couldn't focus to real all of that crap

Can't seem to get any good at this, but it's great from what I can tell! Perhaps I can learn to get good.

I do not even understand anything related to engineering, I struggled all the time and why did I even buy this game? Controls are confusing and building a rocket is even more confusing. I am not built for this game.

A wonderful game for the time -- but the engine quickly showed its limitations as the scope of the game grew -- Hoping the second game is a worthy successor.

If I was a rocket scientist I would enjoy this way more

a dude played this game and [redacted] his cat

blowin up rockets is great though

so many lives lost for science...

Genuinely changed how I thought about space and understood orbital mechanics (oblig. XKCD here).

i think i might not have the iq or the crativity needed to enjoy this game, looking a youtube videos it seems fun but playing it is the most boring thing ever
