A Very Good Homage to Road Rash
Road Redemption is a nice diversion that is simple to grasp but quite tricky to complete. The music is catchy, the graphics are clear if a uninspiring and there's enough to unlock to keep coming back, even if you eventually manage to consistently conquer the campaign.
It can be unfair at times (from vehicles coming out of nowhere because your view is blocked due to being at an angle to enemies hitting really hard at the later stages) and it can be a bit too chaotic at times. Also the stages can sometimes feel like a slog to get through.
But overall it knows what to offer, the execution is very good and there is a satisfaction of eventually getting better (due to unlocking buffs and passives for your driver and bike) each time. Plus the online mode is fun in short bursts too.

Definitely unpolished and the budget shows, but that kind of just adds to the charm. It's a really great evolution of the Road Rash formula with a lot of cool ideas that are implemented in interesting (or sometimes awkward) ways. I finished my first clear run today and I know I'm just gonna keep playing it for a long while. It feels good, even when it's breaking.
Played this as a time killer to not get bored for a while now, and I actually completed it today, so might as well say that it's a pretty fun game. Not perfect, but a really fun one.
It's like that one browser game you played as a kid, forgot to bookmark and never found again.

I actually could not stop playing this game over and over with every character after the first time I beat it. Fun weapons, and you're not remotely as glued to the track as you were in road rash. Easy recommendation if you like what you see.
Un roguelite desenfadado con una buena progresión que echa a perder cuando, en pos de la dificultad, termina bloqueandola por completo en el 80% de los pilotos. El desafío y la desfachatez no se conjugan tan bien como sus creadores quisieran.

As a die-hard Road Rash fan, this is still the only Kickstarter I've ever backed. Back in college, this was my favorite game to play with my friends when we were drinking, but it's actually quite a bit better than that might sound. Definitely not a classic or anything, but if you're looking for a modern Road Rash that delivers the goods, this game comes pretty close to capturing that feeling of bashing a cop's head in at 100 MPH.

It definitely tries to encourage you to play the game multiple times but honestly, you’ve seen pretty much everything the game has to offer after a playthrough or two.
