Uma das maiores e melhores surpresas que tive com Star Wars nos últimos anos

Souls like de star wars, invita a hacer los combates lo mas bonito posible

It's good. I just didn't had either the time or the motivation to finish it.

A really good riff on a lot of modern trends. Mixes inspiration from a ton of different games—there's Uncharted in the "traversal" and setpieces, Souls in the "bonfire"-like system, other action games in its parry-heavy combat—into something all its own.

In particular, I was really impressed with the platforming in this. Clearly drawing inspiration from the Uncharted series, but with way more room for the player to control their character and even fail. Where the Uncharted series always felt a little too on rails to me, Fallen Order would just let me whiff a jump and fall to my death. Something as small as requiring a player to actively hit a button to "grab" and "hold" onto ledges and ropes, rather than this being more automated, makes it all more active than its inspiration.

Had a great time with this. Fun cast of characters and it never gets old chopping up stormtroopers and wildlife with your lil lightsaber.

my fav. ginger (don´t tell my friend)

A solid Jedi experience held back by sticking too close to the 'souls-like' formula.

The best quality of this game became apparent after the release of its sequel, Jedi: Survivor, and is more of a strength of the series than the game. You play as Cal Kestis, a Jedi who has up until this point survived Order 66 and the rise of the Empire. But in Jedi: Fallen Order you remain a Padawan until the end, and it is not until the sequel that Cal becomes a Jedi Knight. It is the unique feeling of playing as a Padawan that sets this apart from other Star Wars games, and marks a sense of progression from game to game in the series.

However, the 'bonefire' layout of levels (called meditation points in this game) and oddly 'heavy feeling' gameplay do less to make the player feel like a Padawan, and more to remind them that this is a souls-like. Usually souls-like combat is a strength, but here it clashes with other aspects of the gameplay.

one of the best star wars game

The first real Star Wars game to come out since the Old Republic. It's good.

Nothing super special, but Star Wars bias.

pretty good but level design is atrocious

This has got to be one of the best Star Wars games out there. Also, exploration is an absolute treat in this one! Cal + BD1 rule.

história perfeita e jogo bom, apenas problemas com o mapa

I couldn't make it through the entire game. Doesn't use the Star Wars IP to the magnitude that it should (environments, characters, lightsabers to an extent) not fun combat; some of the worst levels i've ever seen, but good characters and an interesting story. not great and wouldn't recommend to most people, 2.5/5 stars

Finally finished this one after starting it last year. It’s good! But also very janky, especially for a AAA game. If you’re a Star Wars fan this is a must but it’s also a decent buy if you want to play a more mainstream version of a souls-like (even if the best parts were the linear spectacle moments)

muy buen juego que con todo el potencial de star wars obvio iba a tener ese muy buen combate, en lo que si fallo fue en el diseño de niveles

Star Wars has such potential in this era of video game storytelling, and these guys saw it.

And the era of video games in general.

The lightsaber combat is so satisfying. The most satisfying it's ever been. The style and dynamic flow of it is just so good. Feels less like attacks in a video game that you repeat, and more like one continuous series.

I don't necessarily want Dark Souls in my games, but the victories in this game are so satisfying.

And it's pretty gorgeous to look at too. The locations are pretty wild.

That Shyyyo flying scene is beautiful. And the double-bladed lightsaber cutscene after makes the child in me jump with glee.

And I love the simple, but great, lightsaber analogy. How Jaro's lightsaber hilt is broken until Cal fully reconnects with the force, and then he fixes the hilt. And then he uses both Jaro's and Cere's—his two teachers—hilts to make his own new one.

And BD-1 is a cute little guy. Fucker made me break down crying.

"But then this dark shadow came..."

And I obviously absolutely adore how they do Darth Vader. You just run through stormtroopers and other enemies by the end and feel like a god, and this guy just walks up and it's not even a boss fight. You just run. He's so incredible untouchable. The whole sequence is so phenomenal, you can feel the dread in his presence.

This is the second time I played this, and I remembered that BD-1 survives, but when Vader picked him up, I just had this instant in-the-moment fear, and I just shot up and yelled "No!" I think that was the first time where I've actually felt real fucking actual fear from Darth Vader, the fictional character. Like I was scared of him. Like, I had a second where I thought "Does he kill BD-1, and I just forgot?" and I hated him for it. He's a fictional character, and in that moment I hated him like he was real. That's how scared I was.

Incredible.

Spent 3 days in that vault on Zeffo.

Jedi fallen orders starting moments are intense, action packed and exciting, which introduces a fantastic souls-like combat system that is interesting but not too complex. Fallen order's story is ultimately forgettable, but has fun moments with its boss battles, well done puzzles and level design which makes each planet feel open and massive, while the level itself is linear. Unfortunately, the world and levels themselves don't feel too unique or exciting, however, the faith to the Star Wars universe is impressive and very well done leading to some great set pieces and references making the worlds feel a part of something bigger.

The level design and the map is the huge annoyance

Great Star Wars shenanigans but does nothing exceptional.
