I love rhythm games. Dey make me happy

finally taiko web but so much better and so much more official. RIP

“Last Christmas” on expert mode may not have been the best way to start this…

Nice version of Taiko for Xbox, with inclusion of many beloved DLCs. However, the lack of minigames brought it down a notch

this game is actually really fun and i wish that it was on steam

Top PC Taiko because you can mod, import all the official charts from previous games, and be the ultimate taiko experience, running natively on PC.

Based Taiko.

In seriousness this is so simple it doesn’t fit my rating criteria. It’s a toy, and it’s a toy that you can play “Opposed Viewpoint” (from Scarlet Nexus) and the theme from Tales of Arise on.

Am I giving it a higher score than the game that actually composed from scratch my favourite song on it? Yes. Is it worthy of that? No. Is it impossible to fit into the same ratings criteria as Scarlet Nexus? Yes.

I suppose it’s a cheat code for a 5 stars: take a bunch of other people’s amazing music and develop beats for players to hit.

Drum game go crack crack boom.

Had so much charm to it but it can often be very frustrating. There is a fair bit of content here but I wish there could be some kind of minigame or different mode other than the main game.

I love this game so much I couldn't stop playing it and I never even got the physical drums

Real shame it was taken off of PC game pass, had a great time playing this game and it was easy to play with friends. Best online mode out of any of the games in the series, pretty decent selection of songs as well.

was this a tax writeoff from bandai namco? this is like the most boneless version of taiko to exist. 55 base songs, 20 songs that are unlockable through grinding money, and no features outside of ensou and online versus mode. Setlist is mostly anime and game music, probably to cater to the xbox/pc demographic...? Unlocking songs requires a lot of grinding mostly through the multiplayer, and ranking up in the multiplayer definitely takes too long. The shop updates once a day so maybe they were trying to go for a more long-term online-focused taiko game. Either way, you are much better off with pretty much any other taiko release. I know bamco can do better.

Even after a ton of updates and DLC this is still the shittiest Taiko game. Insanely bad multiplayer mode, weird selection of songs and bad DLC's

The shutdown of Taiko.bui.pm isn't enough of a reason to play this game to be honest

Fart mode rivals Trombone Champ

Fun time-killing distraction although I wish it had a larger library of songs and even the DLC didn't seem very substantial for my tastes. I appreciate them including Hare Hare Yukai...but no Super Driver??? C'mon, that would've been so much fun; it's built for the drums.

A solid version with some great songs, but comparitively to some games, namely taiko V version, a severe lack of songs, lack of modes and reliance on dlc and grinding to unlock a very small number of songs hurts it.

when you finished a heavy game or bored, this kind of games is relaxing and chilling.
