Jet Set Radio likes
Can generally be defined as rollerskating games, often with more of a focus on traversal than necessarily doing tricks (though tricks are usually included). Usually you'll know em when you see them. Gladly looking for suggestions, as they should be a nice warm-up before Bomb Rush Cyberfunk comes out this year for me (though I don't think I'll do write-ups for most).
Not including original Jet Set Radio or Future for obvious reasons
Not on IGDB:
Lock N Load [Dinosaur Games TBA?]
PO**M
Amen Breakers
Jamphibian

I think Sega's "Ollie King" is definitely worth considering, for its aesthetic alone.
@87th Not to mention what is possibly Hideki Naganuma's best OST ever
I think Aggressive Inline is more a straight Tony Hawk's clone, mimicking its aesthetic, tone and focus. A decent game if you like that stuff, but I don't think it's any closer to JSR than more down to earth rollerblading games like Rolling and On A Roll.
Would Rollerdrome be worth considering? It doesn't match JSR's sense of style, but the cel shaded visuals and wallrides definitely feel inspired by it.

@87th: Thanks for the input, you've convinced me to leave Aggressive Inline off for now.
Rollerdrome is something that I had considered prior actually. It has more similarities to original Jet Set Radio than one would expect, given its arcade structure and optimization of routes once you get used to enemy spawn positions, locations to perform tricks to refill ammo, and token locations to maintain the combo chain as efficiently as possible. You're right that it doesn't match the exact JSR sense of style, but as you also brought up, the cel-shaded visuals and wallrides alongside the structure (to some degree) remind me a lot of JSR. I'll include it in for the time being.
