EN: The House in Fata Morgana was my introduction to the medium of visual novels and I immediately feel like I've already read the best of the genre without experiencing the rest.

"No one knows who first said
...that the mansion was cursed."

It is a Visual Novel in which there is a mansion which is cursed, in which a servant girl guides you so that you, the master, can remember who you are, she presents you with stories of former members of the mansion in the form of memories and each one presents different themes, between tragedy, human nature and madness. These give way to a great mystery and the search for the answer to the curse that affects the mansion.

A masterpiece that highlights in every section the talent behind the game, showing an incredibly well written story, with the presence of extremely human characters, with a soundtrack that subtly tells its own story, as a set of things that create the atmosphere of the cursed mansion, it is a terribly depressing work, so much so that it tears the soul but at the same time through all the tragedy continues to light a hopeful fire and that immerses you in this love story.

It seeks to explore in depth the search for identity, the importance of communication and mutual understanding, how our surroundings shape us and build our being and how even small moments of human connection and warmth create a lasting effect on the people around us. it teaches us to accept reality and facing it can be as painful as reality itself. no matter how dark it gets, there is always some light at the end of the tunnel.

There are no words that can describe everything I felt through the characters, they are so human you can feel their own pain. everything maintains a level of believable realism that of what makes the narrative so heartbreaking. everything you are presented with has a purpose, putting the big puzzle together, seeing how it all came together as I went along was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever experienced in a game.

It's not a perfect VN by any means, it's pretty unevenly paced, but I forged a greater emotional connection to this story than almost any other I've ever experienced in my life.

It is beautiful, breathtaking, heartbreakingly tragic, unflinching and brutal, and one of the best love stories ever told. It will take you on a journey of strong emotions in every way. Nothing so much passion and heart was put into could leave anyone without having gained something valuable from reading it. I am so glad I read it, because it is an experience I will never forget and it will stay in my heart.

EN: When I heard that this game was being created by Ubisoft Montpellier I couldn't wait for this game, who have created gems like Rayman Origins, Legends and Beyond Good and Evil.

I had high expectations and they totally exceeded them, it's amazing how they took advantage of a dead franchise to modernize it and create new things in it. You can see the passion behind this game, taking the best of modern metroidvania (Metroid Dread, Hollow Knight and Ori).

The combat is pretty good for what you would expect in this genre, with several combo options, it doesn't get tiring thanks to the fact that as you advance more powerful enemies come out in old areas. I would have liked another type of sword to make more combos.

The bosses are the best part of the game, they take everything you've learned from combat and test your reaction, the parry is extremely satisfying and an important part of your defense against them.
Excellent exploration, all areas connect and good progression system, note that the map is gigantic, even bigger than Hollow Knight apparently.

They also innovate in the genre by adding a mechanic to take a screenshot and have it marked on your map, it's a game that asks you to explore by yourself, no indicators of where exactly you should go and have a self-made map of the things you are missing to get.

The movement is so satisfying, running, sliding, jumping and the fluid animations add to that feeling, it reminds me a lot of Metroid Dread (I wish for a sequel that adds something similar to Metroid's Shinespark, the movement would be perfect with that addition and more satisfying).

Good skill set, my problem is with the ability that you can carry bombs with you, it's tiring to have to fetch bombs in certain areas to go back to a golden door and destroy it to get in.

Another thing I didn't like is that although there are a lot of amulets, many of them are directly useless, something that doesn't happen with games like Hollow Knight, where most of them are useful.

Although you can tell that Ubisoft wants to give another face with this game, you can tell they are still part of Bugisoft, it is frustrating the amount of bugs, I just beat a major boss being invisible and basically immortal, the dialogues are repeated, the golden doors don't open when you throw bombs at them, etc. I hope they fix those bugs, they ruin the experience a bit.

I also suffered from several crashes, especially for running out of internet and putting my PC or Steam Deck in sleep mode, it's unforgivable that they ask you for internet for a singleplayer game, it's really annoying to lose progress because of that.

I'm so sorry, I really wanted to like the game, but the gameplay is mediocre, I can't believe Resident Evil 4 is one of the most influential games in action and this game took nothing from it.

The combat is reduced to lighting the enemies and using the pistol and shotgun or rifle, Also grenades and flares, running away is not a very good option, since the enemies are very fast and it is difficult to know when they will attack you from behind, Alan does not even run, just dodge infinitely and is very vulnerable, there are no kicks or a melee weapon, if you do not have bullets or other tools you're screwed.

The game looks for excuses to stay in the same forest as always in the most ridiculous ways, for example when they possess Rose and despite having changed her personality they don't hesitate a bit and have a coffee with a sleeping pill xD

The story is the best part of the game, especially the ending, it's open to two possible endings, it's great.

I really do not know if I recommend this game, if you do not mind eating 8 hours of the same monotonous gameplay with the same old forest that stretches like a chewing gum is your game.

I had expectations for this, there was not much information about this game, I expected a Minecraft but in reality it is not like that. A game that encourages you to create your village, your progression will be by leveling up your village and your work tables.

It's not a world built by a bunch of blocks like Minecraft, if it's not like Valheim, it's the biggest problem of the game, you can't create what you want, it limits a lot to building.

The generation is boring, very flat areas with few things. Little variety of animals and enemies.

there is no incentive to go to the caves, only to collect an exclusive wood from there for progression, same rewards you find exploring.

I hope they eventually add more content, it feels more like an Alpha than a full game.

I was the one who added it to the database.
The best mod I've ever played, amazing how it improves the already very solid combat of the best ARPG I've ever played (Kingdom Hearts II), although it can get even better.

I love the combat, it's Kingdom Hearts II with x2 speed with a lot of Devil May Cry inspiration, allowing a higher combo bar.

What I liked most about the original was how magic was used compared to others in the franchise, in this mod it's much improved, giving the ability to alternate magic between using it on the ground, in the air and as a finisher.

The Drive Forms are very fun although it lacks a greater amount, there are only 3 in the Alpha, which I understand for being an Alpha that allows you to play the game from start to finish that even plan to add much more extra content.

This mod is not saved from negative things, but being an Alpha can be solved in the future, for example it is very easy even if you play it in Critical Mode, if you play in level 1 you will not have an experience as good as KH2 OG, because here the amount of enemies increases a lot, it is a mod more planned to be played with level up.

The only bosses that are difficult are Larxene and Zexion, Zexion is really horrible in this mod, he has a lot of HP and you can't avoid being trapped by the book like in the original, even if you continue a combo he will escape.

Also the lack of Limit Summons, you only have 3 forms available in the Alpha and a Limit which is a healing with Vergil's spinning swords, I hope they increase it in the future.

And finally you are not a lion, you go very slow in that world and boss fights are cut because of it (they have 1HP), I hope they change or directly remove it from the game.

I had a lot of fun with this mod, I totally recommend it, especially if you want to explore KH2 again.

As a remake it is visually amazing, I know many do not agree because of how colorful it is, but please play it with the "Mono" filter gives the game the gray and desolate tone faithful to the original, although leaving aside the visuals, I was disappointed that it has some bugs but did not ruin the experience, the controls improved slightly but still "clunky" and the camera is at times annoying, highly recommended remake does not replace the original but is a great alternative if you do not want to play the original with bad framerate.

I would have loved to have enjoyed this game as much as you did, but despite how frustrating and tedious it was most of the time, it is a memorable experience:

Good:
◉ The story isn't that outstanding, but that's not what's important, what I really liked is the concept, like the fact that your destiny as a hero forces you to fast forward 7 years of your life to be tall enough to wield the master sword.
◉ They certainly shined with the Soundtrack, it also has memorable characters that I won't forget, without a doubt my favorite is Sheik.

Mixed thoughts:
◉ The dungeons are diverse and inventive, though others get to be frustrating, it's fucking annoying to have to replay certain sections if you die against bosses, like the Temple of Shadows, even if you use the teleport spell.

Bad:
◉ Hyrule's countryside is so empty and there's nothing to do, it feels like wasted time.
◉ Sometimes the combat is a pain, it happened to me too much that I was defending myself with the shield, but still the enemies could hit me.
◉ The secondary missions become eternal like the one to get the Biggoron sword, unnecessary to do, but tedious.
