I am surprised at how legitimately good this is. But it reminds me more of Shantae than Zelda CD-i. But thank you for retaining the creepy charm of Faces & Gamelon while making the writing stronger, to the point that Arzette makes quite a transformation through the game.

I would suggest going for 100%, because of how cool the unlocks for finishing everything are. Easy recommend. I can only hope this is sourced in future YTPs, as most people have said.

Also, as much as I don't like Limited Run, they made a replica CD-i controller that works on PC and Switch. And god bless them for doing that, that's brilliant.

This game is what Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 1 should have been. Taking more cues from Smash 64 and Ultimate, I appreciate how insane the roster is, how fun the fighters are, and how more content rich this game is at launch.

Downside is that the rougelike campaign is pretty eh, the AI is still pretty jank, and in terms of voice lines, they definitely did my boys The Angry Beavers dirty. But it was good. Definitely worth a look once that price drops and all the characters are released.

I can easily say this is the best Yakuza game I played, bar none. Not only is the writing god tier, but everything is built off of Yakuza 7, which was my previous favorite. I really wish that every $70 game stepped up its game to make it worth every last possible penny. Thanks again RGG, for making such a fantastic RPG. I laughed, I cried, I beat up Daniel Dae Kim. 10/10

This is an emotionally rough game. It deals with some heavy themes and strong characters, but that's par for the course when it comes to Digimon. I think the roster could use some more monsters, and I wish that the combat was better, but as a Digimon fan, this was exactly what I would want out of a game. Now I gotta go back and play it some more to get the different endings and more mega forms !

The Pokemon Company better be taking notes

This was a really wholesome and fun game. Like the first half of Dragon Quest XI. I enjoyed the open world aspect to it, the real time combat was okay, but honestly my biggest complaint was the lack of monsters. Like where are we where the toughest guy in the room is usually Robbin' 'Ood? Still glad I got to play it. It was a fun time and think it's pretty fun. Would recommend on a sale.

2022

Truly a beautiful looking game that really pulls you in with its world building. Plus the cat is very cute, but that was a given. Glad I made it all the way to the end, which is something I haven't said about a game in a hot minute.

Goofy, short, swashbuckling fun. The length could be to its discredit, but the combat and movement is fantastic. It's good old fashioned fun, and I hope to see more goofy games like this in the future.

While there are so many better shooters out there, this is a shooter where you can make dudes heads explode with an overpowered pistol and punch dudes in the head, clear off their body. This game does what it needs to do and doesn't try and do more, which is fine.

Yeah, it was alright. Netherrealm games starting to feel the same tho. I did enjoy the guest characters at least. Story was ass.

An immaculate super game, and perhaps one of the few times where a kickstarter game overdelivered on the promises made.

The second best time travel Squaresoft SNES RPG released in a year time span. Which isn't a lot, but weird that it happened twice.

This is a great collection of essentially 9 mini RPGs that have a great sense of style to them. Of course Chrono Trigger is better, but this is pretty fantastic. My major complaint is that the ass really falls out of the game by the final chapter. Other than that, I can recommend it.

It was alright. I like the time travel animations once you complete a machine. But getting into those nooks and crannies were quite a pain in the ass.

This is a cute, short, cheap, and inoffensive Zelda clone. I'd recommend it on a bundle sale. One of those 3 for $3 bundles you'd find on Fanatical.

Yeah, this game was pretty alright. I had fun tearing both mammal and fish alike, but the game can be a grind, especially if you want to upgrade your shark parts. And admittedly some of the jokes fell flat to me.

Also, use Bone Shark for the final boss, there's no better resistance than bone.
