Loved every minute of this game, so much so that I got the True Ending (which was a great sendoff for the characters and story). This excellent game perfectly encapsulated what I loved about Chrono Trigger. One of the things that I enjoy about Sea of Stars is that even though it has a lot of similarities to Chrono Trigger it still feels unique, one such element that I noticed was that the combat was very reminiscent of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Speaking of combat/gameplay, it was very fun and kept me entertained and focused. The battles aren't difficult (I only hit the end game screen maybe 5 times in my 35 hour playthrough) but they were fun regardless. Pair that with cool boss designs/mechanics and it kept things flowing
Next is story, I enjoyed it a lot. The world is interesting, there is some neat lore, and the characters are enjoyable. Had a lot of cool moments that kept my interest piqued.
Last are the music and art. The art and animation for this game are phenomenal. The sprites have a lot of charm, and the levels are gorgeous. As for music, bangers galore. I could see myself listening to the soundtrack for years to come.
Overall, I loved this game immensely. Felt like a love letter to one of my favorite games and it succeeded to the point where it is now one of my faves :D
Great experience. Bethesda did a great job with the main questline, factions and the companions. Exploration isn't quite as fluid as I would've preferred; flying ships doesn't feel as utilized as it could be and I wish that you didn't have to traverse planets on foot.
Gameplay overall was solid and combined with the narrative makes this a great game imo. There were a few meh decisions with the game design so definitely not a masterpiece or perfect but great regardless. Andreja is the best companion btw <3

Phenomenal Metroid game. My first 3D one and man was the transition from 2D to 3D great. Extremely gorgeous game, great movement, and fantastic sound design.
