This game is so stupid, I don't know if I can even give it a normal review to be honest. The jank is incredible, premise is silly, controls are pretty decent, ragdolls are on-par with how ridiculous they are in source games and it culminates in this masterpiece of a game. One of the sim games of all time

A silly guessing game that's surprisingly fun to get Akinator confused about who you're thinking and he has really good expressions. Something silly to do every once in a while

A really solid tech demo that utilised the tech very well, as well as having very unique and dynamic minigames that gives everyone something to play. Not all of them are winners by any means, but they're all fun to get medals on.
(tanks!, charge! and shooting range are my favourites)

An underwhelming sequel that falters in the same areas the original did, like: having difficult platforming sections, no health spawns when desperately needed, tricky environmental 'puzzles', unintuitive level design and it all combined to an unfun experience and makes me really question why people call it "one of the best games of all time".
It's such a shame too, because I want to like these games but being infuriating by jank like the AI body blocking me out of cover really isn't my cup of tea. The story isn't really there either, not being as strong as the first but it at least has some pretty nice, memorable characters.

What more can be said about Wii Sports that hasn't already been said? Despite being a tech demo it has cemented itself as one of the best selling games of all time (even if it was a pack-in game with the Wii). It's really simple pick up and play fun that anyone can play.
It might be really really good, but I personally prefer Wii Sports Resort, since that is a much fuller game with a lot more diverse content.

A really solid shooter for its time that deserves to be praised as a pioneer of the FPS genre. The controls are hard to get used to at first but it is so worth hanging around to get used to them because they have really fun and diverse level designs that wouldn't be found in regular FPS'.
The game really shines in its multiplayer however, being the most entertaining part of it where everyone struggles to find and kill one another, and has a lot of replayability in the vast game modes. Really worth trying even for the sake of the legacy of the genre.

A decently fun multiplayer platformer with great upbeat music and easy to grasp controls. It isn't something I'd jump to play at a moments notice however, unless I was asked if I wanted to play with others.

A really fun, diverse and (surprisingly) artsy fighting game that is best enjoyed when brawling with friends.
I usually save my reviews for games I've completed (or mostly completed) but I'm not a die hard fan or anything, I'll pick up and play it when I feel like it and have a blast button mashing on some poor cpus, and I appreciate being a casual in a game like this. Maybe one day I'll learn how to play it competitively but I'm happy with my current relationship with the game

A really fun and unique lego game that suffers from the worst 100% of any of the original styled games. The story is basic, but it doesn't need to be complex, and as a kid it's easy to understand through the charming mumbley cutscenes. Having hero and villain missions that work together is a really cool concept, which is something only the games with unique stories can do. Very solid

Horrifying yet hilarious, a perfect blend of chaos.

A mostly fun horror(?) game with the occasional toxic player(s) or play style, but rewarding to defeat. Tremendously difficult to get into and learn, but once you learn all the game has to offer the more it opens itself up to experimentation in perks and add-ons. Grinding can feel like a chore, especially since most of my play time has been upgrading killers and survivors but that isn't the end of the world to me.

Reasonably fun at the best of times, but unnecessarily frustrating at the worst. Its old low-poly charm is there and really carries my rating, but it's really hard to see why it's so beloved beyond that, there are so many parts where the controls, difficult enemies and quirky geometry detract from the experience with it dragging out towards the end with no goal.
I stopped before I got to Xen because of the horror stories from it, and since I didn't like it before then I'm keeping well away. Maybe my opinion will change down the line, but for now: a 2.5

A really well crafted mod that scratches that itch for more portal content. Less polished than the main game, with some extremely difficult puzzles at times, but it's to be expected from people who weren't the original devs. Props to them!

A fun, but hard to get into game that relies heavily on its multiplayer and not its (original) selling point, the campaign. The diversity in planets and eras are fantastic, even if it took a while for them to be fully implemented and while the game isn't loot box reliant, it was still an awful move to make it pay to win. Online is filled with veteran players who haven't quit, so it's hard to pick up for that reason, but I'm patient.
On the campaign side, it was a little short for me, and the resurrections campaign was even shorter, making it feel underwhelming for a huge selling point of the game, still fun, but not substantial.

Such a brilliant game, even after all this time, but this edition is one you absolutely need to mod to have a good experience with, since the QOL upgrades with the HD project are a necessity for anyone wanting to play this.
The "HD" textures of the base game are shocking but the HD project beats Capcom by miles, which is why you absolutely need the mod, as well as built-in enhancements so you can tailor make your own comfortable experience.
