This is going to be the halo game I take away the least from. Even though I disliked playing Halo 1 more, it left a very sincere impression of a fun world and promising ideas. This game, however, kind of felt a bit blank. The open nature of the game, on top of the fact that no characters from the main halo storyline appear until the very, very end, kind of means I have nothing to latch onto or invest myself with. The game plays fine, by Halo 3 they got the gameplay on lockdown, but there really was nothing for me. I didn't feel much for atmosphere, I didn't really feel a sense of journey, it was just a very solid, but bland, Halo experience.

"You see, Halo 2, that's Game of The Year, every year. But Halo 3? Its the greatest Halo Game they ever made."

And I am inclined to agree. I haven't actually gone through the entire series as of writing this, but while Halo CE and 2 were "neat", Halo 2 offering a better time, Halo 3 was the game where I felt I was finally on board. The journey felt substantial. MC and Arbiter are both very very cool characters which did a great job guiding along the story. The story, for the record, being quite enjoyable. I feel like if you aren't all in on Halo, if Halo hasn't sold itself to you and/or if you're not caught up with all the tertiary media that comes with Halo, then the stories tend to not hook you. Halo 3 had me sitting there at the end going, "fuck." It had me thinking about it, it had me going "god damn, that WAS the best Halo Game they ever made".

The gameplay is airtight this time around, levels are the best they've been. Weapons are the best they've been. Story is captivating. I'm not done with the series yet but Halo 3 definitely stands as my current favourite.

The original Halo felt quite clunky at times, and the level design in some areas was really bad, asking you to walk through very similar looking areas a lot. Halo 2 was the game that really made me feel like I was experiencing a journey unfold, the first game to make me feel like I was getting the Halo experience. The game still frustratred me a fair bit here and there, but I think I'll look back on it fondly.

In my opinion, the best Metroid game. The game excellently captures the sensations of wonder brought down by the feeling of a true threat. It moves absolutely beautifully, every item is super fun, the planet is insanely fun to explore, so much so even that I 100%'d it on my very first playthrough simply because by the time I was near the end, I already had 80% or so because exploring was THAT fun.

The game manages tone excellently, using it to forward the game's narrative of Samus being a badass, one who happens to be committing mass genocide. A fierce fighter, and a heartless killer. The world is colourful and wonderous, but also dark and eerie. Its a game where the nature of its setting fully runs through the veins of the entire game, appearing everywhere.

And of course, it still maintains the story of Metroid 2, the beauty of the parallel between Ridley and Samus, showing that Samus is a hero at the end of the day, willing to spare young innocent life. That ending sequence is genuinely so beautiful that it convinced me fairly easily that its one of my favourite games of all time.

AAAAAAA I like this game a lot!!

Arrangement Plus is such a fun iteration of Pac-Man with consistently fun levels and designs, boss battles between levels are super neat and interesting, this game looks pretty charming, and is overally my favourite maze-runner Pac-Man game in the franchise by far.

Adding a jump button to Pac-Man just does SO much, you have to play it to get it.

she's so CUNTY and for what?????????????????

Let's get this out of the way first: Pac-Man 2 is one of the weirdest games in the Pac-Man franchise. This was an absurdly weird direction to take this property. The game is unconventional to the series, and in isolation, in so many ways. The way you move Pac-Man, pointing him in whichever direction you want him to go and interacting with the world to affect how he behaves, is both really unique and stupid slow and clunky. The decision to also not mention the Look feature in the tutorial or anywhere at all as far as I'm aware, was certainly a choice. The game's story and setting is also bizarre and unorthodox, just trying to act like Pac-Man having a family is a normal thing we can just accept.

All this aside, I fucking ADORE this game. Literally the only thing holding it back for me is the fact that the game is in fact pretty slow and bullshit confusing at times. But man, the entire vibe is just so silly and goofy and charming that its difficult to say i even think its a bad game. It's not very good, but please play it.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YEAAAAH this game is neat as hell. The like, levels mode is super fun. It's not a very crazy game but its a swell time with fun, very Pac-Man-esque puzzle mechanics.

Listen, if you don't fw the Pac, I don't fw you.

I think its a really cute game with a really interesting control scheme.. like, interesting in the same way that surgeries before anesthesia was interesting. Its super cool to see how they decided to approach platforming, but yknow, we don't do it the way they did it back then now for a reason.

This game is pretty neat on paper, but on screen it kinda fuckin sucks. The choice to give Pac-Man physics and momentum but barely implement that was quite the choice, as well as the need to collect every single pellet in every single level, making certain levels feel obnoxiously long due to having to hunt down every single pellete even if they're in obnoxious out of the way places. Overall just very interesting choices; mid game.

Its uh... fine? I guess? Its strange but its not too shabby. It feels lot like Pac & Pal in that its a weird whack-o deviation of Pac-Man, but I tolerate this one a little more.

One of the recent reviews for this game said it feels like a weird Rom Hack: yes. It is absolutely a weird rom hack, and the worst part is that its not a particularly fun deviation from Pac-Man. Just a weird one.

I fucking adore this game's everything. I wasn't a vocaloid kid, but this game still hit me with a ruthless level of nostalgia. I also think this is the Project Diva series at its finest, both visually and gameplay wise. The track list is top to bottom bangers, I don't think there's any song that I'm NOT a fan of. This game is responsible for my love of rhythm games, showing me how fun they can be and unfortunately no game has been able to surpass it since I played it a couple years back. If you can get your hands on it, and enjoy weebery and rhythm games, this is an absolute must play.
