A plot just below the rest of the yakuza series but a great iteration of what is becoming the saga.

It was my very first Yakuza and it's a perfect one to discover the franchise ! An over the top storytelling that always keeps being engaging and an interesting take on the J-RPG formula. Nontheless, as a J-RPG, you will need to grind some times like in a Dragon Quest.

I know that, somewhere, Addison is still waiting for me.

I had no clear memory of this as I finished it in 2007. Coming back to it, it's an exquisite game. Once you find a haggle guide on the web, everything comes together and you are ready for one of your strangest experiences.

Everything feels like a Zelda title but just a little bit off. Not in a wrong way but in its own way.

The visuals are pretty stunning and unique for a DS game, the absence of an overworld soundtrack makes this game more and more emphasis on your own journey that I will not spoil here.

If you want something new without trying to reach an auteur game, this may be what you are seeking for.

(I'm also revising my last note for this game as it was too low.)

A game with a lot of potential and great ideas. Sadly none of them are correctly exploited.

A wonderful ending to a quite complicated trilogy.

The themes and plots are quite original for an RPG and I will remember them for a long time.

I love how gameplay complements the story, the more you play, the more you are indeed powerful as intended and explicated in the script.

Good story told like an auteur film. The first playthrough feels useless and a waste of time after completing it. The game seems to be way too long for what it has to narrate. The multiple ending thing is more of a joke than some serious affair.

I'm really on the edge about this game. I'm happy to have finished it but I'm sure I will not give it another playthrough.

I had great memories of this game and I wanted to give it another shot but this time on the gamecube.

If this version is much pricier, I now realize it's for a reason.

I've rediscovered the game in its original version, the controls are well designed and the whole overworld comes so much better adgenced.

I couldn't believe minor differences could make major changes but now I will have a hard time playing the WII version.

This entry wasn't my favorite one but it has a very special place in my memories.

The game has some really copy pasted moments from the Lord of The Rings though and I can't unsee it now

A charming title that I love to play. My favorite Zelda before Breath of The Wild.

A great story with very good intrigues.

Sadly a lot of ideas seems to be left off and I would love to see them expanded someday (the decoration system, the idea of two world interconnected by height etc...).

Still would recommend it to someone who doesn't know anything about Zelda.

This game is a masterclass in terms of design and ergonomy. I'm surprised this scheme of gameplay isn't used more in first person horror games.

Except graphically speaking, will this game be able to age ?

Even with all the praise I've heard about this game, it succeeded to surprise me.

You have no HUD, leading to a true survival ambiance, your character count his last bullets to let you know where you are (leading to a surprisingly good joke).

The game has its flaws on the framerate side but I think playing it on xbox will help it.

A short game but well balanced with fantastic ideas for its time !

LAN had a child with MAYL and named it PATCH.

And the game ends on this silly pun.
