When Critics Don't Get It: Cool games with yellow Metacritic scores
Lessons in not judging a book by its cover. Feel free to suggest stuff if you have some favourites that got dunked on critically, there's definitely more than this.

PaRappa the Rapper 2
Killer7 and Fallout New Vegas - Dead Money if DLCs count
Added em all, cheers everybody. Also chucked on the original Metroid (because of the GBA port), always quite liked it.

Done, thanks. Always thought Medievil 2019 should've fared better, to me including the original as an unlockable seems like it should be standard in remakes.

gotta be the one...the only...The Bouncer
ty for putting parappa 2 & deadly premonition 2 in there
Battle for Bikini Bottom, Sonic Heroes, Star Fox Assault, Mega Man X8 and Mario Super Sluggers are some games I really like.
Endless Ocean and Street Fighter EX3
Déraciné
Also it's very funny that a yellow score starts at 74, which would be equivalent to a 3.7 stars average rating. Nobody would say that a 3.7 stars average rating here is bad, but critics are just so much more willing to give high scores than backloggd users.
Cheers everybody, threw them all on there. And no worries @kiyoshi.
@Rowan1312 Yeah, that plus a 75 being "generally positive" while a 74 is "mixed" is pretty aribtrary. Personally I haven't put any stock in critics ever since I bought a magazine in 2011 that basically said Killzone 3 is a ripoff of Modern Warfare 2 because it has an oil rig in it (lol), but I think it's unfortunate that MC still holds so much sway over both devs/publishers and people in general. It'd be a pity if somebody was put off from trying what could become one of their favourite games just because it has the wrong colour on a website.
King's Field IV
@rowan1312 general ratings and scoring systems are honestly pretty retarded. because yeah what you said makes no sense
Spawn: In the Demon's Hand
The Conduit and Epic Mickey on Wii come to mind.
No worries, added them both. I remember reading about The Conduit in a magazine when I was a kid and thinking it sounded cool but I never got round to playing it for whatever reason.
too many yoko taro and suda51 games here
I remember noticing the amount of Suda stuff when I was putting this together. But I think it makes sense that there'd be a few since games directed by him (and Taro) tend to scratch an itch that you can't really get anywhere else.
There loads of PS2 era games especially like that due to the AA sphere being bigger at the time. My edition to this is Haunting Ground - Great horror game taking influence from Clock Tower (67 on metacritic.)
Cheers, added. Chucked on a Rule of Rose and Chulip as well.
Alpha Protocol
Cheers, added it there now.
Just played through Graffiti Kingdom a month ago and that apparently has a yellow score (71), could you add that to the list?
