A good, fun, well executed rogue-lite with a good story to boot.

An incredible, unique survival game with the best AI driven ecosystem ever in a videogame. The prime example of atmospheric storytelling in an incredibly punishing yet rewarding title.

The only roguelike I enjoy. Has that charming "unprofessionalism" I really dig.

Worst thing I've ever read in my life.

Honestly thought it was fire when I first played it and still do. Then again I only played the campaign and I really wish this game had been a success as I wanted a sequel so bad...

Was really fun at first, fell off really hard.

Not as good as the first. A complete money hog.

Was good while it lasted.

An incredible expansion. Amazing contribution, puzzles are incredible, story hit me harder than the base game, thrilling atmosphere.

There are games you play because their gameplay, to enjoy your time with the controls and have fun. There are games you play for their story, the themes, values, characters, and world. And there are games you play for their artistic value, for the visuals, music, and presentation.

Outer Wilds is all three. It's impossible to put in words just how much of a miracle this game is. The creativity oozing out of every pour, the insanely well structured mystery, and a tragic yet ultimately powerful story. This game is ART in the most profound definition of the word.
