It's really cool seeing the game in 3D, love when people do that. But Death, and Dracula are actually kind of bullshit to fight.

I just dont care. It feels like pure aimless destruction sandbox, kind of? There wasn't enough buildings around for it to be like insanity. There is nothing else besides the destruction physics. Mars is a bland wasteland, the main character is a bland wasteland, and the story is a bland wasteland. Just the minimal effort to get you to the good part, but i need more than that.

This is a thriller movie with baked in 'psychological' quizzes. After every movie segment (roughly 10 minutes or so) you take a quiz, explore a 3D space of the House/Office, and take another quiz. These quizzes are basically novelty, they very often don't add much because a lot them don't even relate to the story in my opinion. They are a bunch of psychoanalysis questions about random stuff, and some asking you what you think about the characters in the story. Exploring the House is somewhat neat, the good part is getting to read diary entries left by the main 3 characters. I think they are pretty well written, especially Michael's. Would this be better without the constant interruptions? Yes. Would I say they add nothing? No.

The very sexual angle to take with this is somewhat weird. Having some sort of sex in this adds to the tension of the movie, makes sense. The sexual stuff in the extra quizzes/reading is probably too much(?). It's either diary stuff, which i think is fine, let's you know how ingrained sex is to these characters, but again, when it doesn't pertain to the main story its just whatever, kind of interesting to read, but doesnt add much. I'm not against attempting to explore sexual stuff, and I don't think this does it particularly bad, it's just a kind of weird mish mash of movie and school quizzes.

Edit: Coming back after awhile, I really enjoy this game's aesthetic. I love the style of the FMV segments. I dont know if I would call it like realistic, but it feels very inviting to warm 1990 summer that I can't have. Its got delightful 90's CG, cannot get enough of that shit. The soundtrack also has some real neat ambient pieces on it, and some other good pieces of music from the quizzes.

I enjoy everything about this except gameplay. I played on easy, most of the time used the assisted partner, and did not want to think about trends/clothes/pins. The final boss made me extremely pissed.

The main game is good. The DLC's are fucking bad. They add absolutely nothing. You don't need to explain why minuscule things happened in the main story. They all add a ridiculous amount of collectables that are meaningless. The missions are boring fucking go from one poitn of the map, go somewhere, go abck, go somewhere.

I went afk to pee when i got the mission to wait (absolutely no reason for these wait real time missions to be in the DLC) to found out i died when i came back. The checkpoint made no sense to so far away. Then the person I had to escort around glitched and basically disappeared from the game. This fucking sucks.

I don't think any of the changes they made to this game is bad. The more openness, the more lenient time, not really having to escort people; sure, this doesn't really make it dead rising, but it's still not bad. The game isn't bad to play, the combo weapons/vehicles are fun.
The story has some bombshells that make me Pog. Nick starts off weird because he is such a pansy but he becomes a badass.
The worst part of the game i think is there are way too many roadblocks to stop your vehicles, specifically the top right district has no clear road to drive through, very fucking annoying.

I played about an hour and a half before i realized this is just solitaire but pisses me off. Like yeah solitaire is a lot of RNG, but it feels really fucking bad when you don't draw any compatible cards with the threat of starting over looming over you; this is way too RNG heavy for a roguelike for me to enjoy it.

I hope everyone is still playing this during computer class

Every game in this collection does something good.

-The hub world is alright, is a neat way to set up playing these different games, the story and setting is just classic slow build up to monster.
-Uktena 64 is probably my favorite visually. Its like the perfect nostalgia view of N64 graphics without actually having to touch that damned console. The knife is super fucking meaty and the guns feel good. The only badish part is you are kind of slow but that makes sense for hunting.
-Axis Mundi is probably my least favorite but its still has cool mall aesthetics and its action is very fast pasted and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
-Black Relic is kind of slow, abrasive in its art style with how pixely and dark it is, but it fuckin works. The slow ass combat works a lot in its favor, a lot of close calls.
-Rose of Meat is the best on a conceptual level, Meat is just fucking awesome. More people should make weird visceral meat dreams. The combat system is cool, even though you can pretty much ignore, but the idea is really fuckin solid.
-Seraphixal's guns felt good, the artstyle was good, and it had the the best scare in this collection. When you first see purple girl? yeah that shit is so fuckin clever, blew my mind.
-The Fruit is simply a very good game. The Runes are a fun puzzle mechanic. The real stand out thing about it is the reload mechanic, because its super realistic, feel bad i didnt use it that much because the axe feels so fucking good i just wanted to use it all the time. And that scene in the swamp area with the skulls is a REALLY GOOD MOMENT.
-The House of Unrest is a neat little game that feels like a classic survival horror in which you collect items to do puzzles, and it even looks like Alone in the Dark, but its in first person and you are very combat capable. The priest comes with a fucking cross and a glock for god's sake. The final boss moment is such a Fuck Yeah moment its so awesome.

I cannot grasp my head around this. There are moments where I feel like I cannot get past, every entry point is so absurdly guarded with no sidepaths (things like vents or something). I am just way too spoiled on modern easier stealth games to not find this frustrating.

L.A. Meltdown, Lunar Apocalypse, Shrapnel City, and the Birth are all pretty good campaigns (Lunar Apocalypse was a little long winded for me but WAY better than the other tree campaigns).
Duke it out in D.C., Nuclear Winter, and Life's a Beach all miss the mark of the original campaigns by a wide margin. I only got lost like once in the Birth, while i was constantly lost and confused in the extra 3 campaigns because I just don't think they do a very good job of leading you. The levels are too big, which makes the playtime of the levels also too long.

The beach theme is cute, its cool they actually skin swapped stuff. Its still like the other duke expansions where i was constantly wondering "what did this button just do" or "where the fuck do i go." The levels also just feel way too long, the campaigns are like an hour too long.

Duke is really frightened at the idea of being on the naughty list
