Decided to try this in preparation for the remake coming out this month and was pleasantly surprised by it. The fact that it’s short and has mostly easy puzzles means it’s really accessible to play. It’s definitely a fun time capsule for the mid 2000’s. Also a Nintendo published game that takes place in the PNW????

Wouldn’t call this bad at all, but man I was bored. I don’t think it’s nostalgia talking when I say the originals were better. It’s cool all the movies are in this game, but I really didn’t like the gameplay and level layout

The level layouts are not as good as JSR games, but the new things they added I did really like

This game is actually really impressive for the PSP

It’s funny to me how this game kind of reminds me of PS4 launch game in the way it takes advantage of the PS5s new features. Like the haptic feedback in this game is insane! I’d love to see one of these in Dublin or NYC or something

This game did not need to be made. I really wish we could’ve just let kiryu have his ending. That being said it’s still kind of nice playing a game with him even if I don’t like all the spy stuff. The ending is nice, but it felt like I had to really drudge through this for that ending. Looking forward to like a dragon 8.

Playing this after playing the spider man games really didn’t do it any favors. I was just hoping for a fun chill open world version of Seattle to explore. Not in this game though. The game has areas caged off with enemy bases so, you really can’t freely explore. Traversal isn’t even fun. Bummer too since I love Seattle. Would love to see a better game do it justice. It’s funny looking back on how gimmicky early PS4 games were.

Back in 2017 I never would have assumed Persona 5 would become the atlus equivalent of final fantasy vii in the way that it’s been milked dry. It’s too bad I’m so burnt out on both strategy games and persona 5 atm because this game is actually great! Its style is still original and it plays in a way that’s really fun. Probably my fav persona 5 spin off.

I do think the presentation of the original is so much better, but this one still gets the job done. If it had to be remade I don’t think it looks all that bad.

Really loved this game! It wears its inspirations on its sleeves in a good way. The atmosphere and the absolute experience of everything is mesmerizing and somewhat overwhelming at times. I was expecting a little more from the store but it was still good. Captures that lynch vibe really well. Puzzles at times were a bit annoying. I loved saga and I thought Alan was much better in this game than the second. The live action might just be my favorite thing in this game. Really wish we saw more live action in games. It’s so striking, unnerving and beautiful. Also I’m begging you please release this physically!!!

I’m convinced that nobody who worked on this game has stepped foot into a coffee shop in their life

It’s no deadly premonition, but it’ll do

The first true traditional original Wario ware game in 17 years! Such a breath of fresh air
