(WIP) 1001 Games To Avoid At All Cost

An anti-"1001 Games To Play Before You Die" list if you will. These games range from completely broken and unfinished, left in an unplayable state, to being incredibly offensive and insensitive, being unappealing on just about every single level.
Some of the games that appear on this list may have one or two things to appreciate on some level but are completely overshadowed by severe problems or abrasive or offensive content.
A game not aging the best or simply being older does not qualify it for this list. It had to be terrible even when it was released.
"So Bad Their Good" games can appear on this list too. Having ironic enjoyment is not enough to save some games. Bad ports or versions of a game may appear on this list, so please check the notes to see if a bad version of a good game was added before making a comment.
Having offensive content is not the sole reason that it is on this list, but it can be one of the reasons that it might appear on this list.
All games are prime examples of games that should be avoided at all costs and can be used as a learning experience for what to avoid when making a video game.
Suggestions are welcome. If there is anything incorrect, feel free to correct me. Since this is a long term project, expect progress to not exactly be lightning fast.

"Hong Kong 1997" contains images of real world dead bodies.
The PlayStation 2 and PC versions.
The "Silent Hill HD Collection" on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
A port of Silent Hill 2 and 3 notorious for being incredibly buggy and broken due to using unfinished game code. "Bluepoint Games" has several examples of reverse engineering game to make sure that it's feature complete and has few bugs when remastering it, showing that using unfinished game code both could have and should have been avoided.
The PS2 version.
The Nintendo 64 version, not the unreleased PlayStation 1 version.
