5★: Infinitely close to perfect. The game must have the best gameplay or the best story in the genre, be virtually flawless, and be unique enough to stand out.
4.5★: Some part of this game must be excellent enough and there are no alternatives, either the gameplay is strong but the story is flawed or the story is perfect but there is no gameplay(Most visual novels I have read are here)
4★: The impact of the gameplay or story for me is not the biggest, but it also impressed me. Or maybe it's a game that weighs all aspects.
3.5★: There are two types of games under this rating: games that are good overall but easy to forget, and games that are partly amazing but have obvious flaws.
3★: A playable game that's fun to play, but you'll feel like a bit of a waste of time because there's nothing particularly outstanding about it.
