This and R6: Siege had a stranglehold on me during college during 2016-2019. Buying it on Amazon weirdly gave me an early download passcode to play days before it was set to launch, so I was getting the feel for the game and got hooked. The ambition to create an FPS in WW1 is so out there, but it was such a smash hit. I was weirdly good at this game and did so well at so many guns/classes even though I was okay at most other shooters.
Sadly the ending came more so when the game stopped updating content and DICE/EA just kinda left the game alone for a while, leaving it to be stagnant and boring.
Recently replayed it for a night and it was still fun, just not as engaging as it once was. One of the more fun titles in the series!
