Yes this remake completely destroys the original’s art direction and soundtrack, but I was still so impressed with what bluepoint did here. I think this is a side-remake situation E.G. Final Fantasy VII Remake, Resident Evil 2/3/4 remakes. It’s not meant to be a replacement, it’s a new take in my humble opinion. I’m probably gonna find myself playing the original for subsequent replays though

Played the demo and even for a demo it took me only like 8 minutes to finish. That’s like no time at all to actually hook someone in imo. Also yeah the horror is cliche as shit go figure
