Overall the game was good, love Telltale Games and being Bruce Wayne/Batman is always a treat. Using his gadgets, simple QTE, detective modes, and making political and heroic choices that Telltales known for. But the most annoying part was the performance side because it took away from the immersion. Few stutters and frame dips here and there aren’t bad, but when the sound clips out multiple times, glitches like Lieutenant Gordon’s cigarette smoke being a white blob, unsynced lip synching with VO’s. It can be a mess at times. It can be looked pass though, and what I played was a good enough game to be enjoyed.
There was plenty of hype surrounding this game last year and I wanted to play it so bad but didn’t have a PC or Series X. Had an Xbox One but Game Pass only allowed cloud gaming for it and it was never available for my turn. I finally see why!
This game was amazing, start to finish! I found no issues with this game unless I have to be knit picky and find a problem with a magnifying glass. I want to say this is my first “non music game rhythm game” if that makes sense. I was blown away by the mechanics of the combat. I was looking to time everything perfectly and create awesome combos. Game runs amazing and I didn’t experience any frame issues
I love the story and characters. I would sort of compare the vibes to Persona 5 but not much because that’s a 60 hour game and characters in HFR aren’t as flushed out obviously. But nonetheless I love all the characters, they have great personalities and their own flair.
This game is definitely a gem. One of the best games I’ve ever played. Definitely will have to go for platinum further down the line. Hats off to Tango Gameworks I hope everyone involved with this game can find success elsewhere. F*CK XBOX

It’s okay. It’s hella buggy and it pissed me off that I couldn’t complete a mission because of it. So I’m fearful that it’ll happen again with another mission. But overall I feel the story is okay, and I’ve played Outer Worlds and KOTOR 2 so I like the noticible Obsidian flare but other than that it seems overhyped I got to New Vegas so my opinion could be invalid but hey…game has other problems where I’m turned off from the story. Graphics are hella mid even if it’s dated, other Bethesda games back then still had better graphics. Perks are the only thing I like from the gameplay, too many ammo options, and the dreaded “conditions/deteriation” for weapons is annoying. I prefer Fallout 4 more!
