I can genuinely find no mayor impactful flaws in this game. The aestetics and cutscenes in this game is mindblowing, the first time i found a counter opportunity in a cutscene realising i can shoot the boss during it my mind melted. The bosses in this games are amazing all of them were a blast to play with the exception to the mid water boss. The secrets are really fun to find and the different areas feel really fun and distinct. the new tools like the dash and counter are amazing and have to become mainstays in this series. The E.m.m.i impressed me to no end and pumped my adrenaline faster than anything ever. Really i feel like dread implements more fresh new mechanics to the series than any game basically since super and im all here for it. Probably the best metroid.
A game way more based upon combo strings and brute forcing your opponent as opposed to something more puzzley with loads of pokes liks street fighter. The sprites music and moves in this game looks amazing and the roster is huge. It really feels like there is a character for everyone as all characters really feel different (would have wished for more grappler like characters as there is just potempkin.) Really satisfying gameplay and a really fun tie with friends.
Probably the most impressive game on the ds i have played. The enviroment and characters look really good. The sidequest and story of this game is really charming and fun for the most part. The balance of resource management with sandbox exploration is a really fun gameplay loop. In the endgame i found some of the dust and thrash collecting to become a bit repetetive especially when the money requirements became really high. The casino also works but is highly luck dependent.
