charm, great visuals, and ost cannot make up for such boring gameplay and abysmally bad handholding/garbage combat. the whole ring system is extremely bad and easy and the SHIT TON of coins the game floods you with p much just lets you skip the combat (because the devs knew it was bad so added a crutch for "less experienced players" that just skips the combat entirely), the bosses are fine also ig but just take so damn long for how little damage they do and how easy they are (also the worst """designs""" for bosses in the series), I will say tho the level design is a marketable improvement over the previous 2 games, and I think it should be expanded upon if we get the old combat back next game

at least they tried this time ig, its not nearly as bad as the previous two so that makes it good right
