hooooooooooooooooollllllllyyyy moly. Ep 4 is my favorite of the series plot wise, its got the ultimate chuuni resolution, chuuni cosplaying small wife, chuuni villain, it ends everything with humor and passion. If you like a protag that becomes your brotag and girls that fight alongside you to save the day 9-nine is something to look at.

Gorgeous visually, with a fascinating premise, and likely the best use of the VN medium in history. Crazy how it took two mediocre and one decent episodes to get here, but it was all worth it. It is a love letter to long-term visual novel readers. Your enjoyment and appreciation of this is proportional to how much you're into VNs as a medium. If you're in love with them like I am, read 9 -nine- ASAP.

I'd been reading this series since the third entry get localized back in 2019-2020 and finally getting a conclusion that really feels like it tied everything together was satisfying as hell.

A good end to the series. I don't really like Noa that much but I still found the episode enjoyable. The ending could've been better imo but it was still hype af.

took me a while to finish Ep 4 but its great, 9nine had amazing music + designs and I love how progressively interesting and meta it got towards the end, very nice use of the VN medium as well

looking forward to whatever Palette makes next
