A free Digipen Bilbao horror student project copying Amnesia and Layers of Fear and which looks great in still frames but is plagued by bad performance and even worse encounter design. Nothing worse than being chased by an instakill monster while the frame rate dips in the high 10s.

Despite being decently atmospheric thanks to good lighting and suitably spooky music, it ultimately fails to be scary, banking a lot on painting jumpscares that land completely flat and will leave you absolutely unfazed.

A scant handful of very simple puzzles (one of which I completed immediately without knowing how) do little to elevate this game.

Frustrating and ineffectual, Digipen has put out much better student projects.

Quick impression: not scary at all, buggy but overall interesting and fun.

Detailed:
+Nice setting
+The graphics, models, lightning, effects and paintings look great
+Interesting short story
+Can draw a peepee ingame
+Multiple ways to solve an encounter

-Bug that could block you (it got solved in the new version)
-The voices (added in the new version) don't fit much, like the protagonist being an old man and having a 20 y/o voice
-DON'T LOWER THE TEXTURE QUALITY FROM CINEMATIC, in lvl 2 everything will look like a ps1 game
-Painting monsters are annoying as hell

It's got a lot of things to solve and improve, for sure, but for a free student project, really worth a shot!
