Barbie Beauty Styler is a creative painting / drawing package featuring Barbie and her friends Teresa, Kira and Christie. It is aimed at the younger gamer. There is very little writing, all the icons 'speak' to identify themselves as the mouse passes over them and the game regularly chips in with encouraging comments like 'You're really good at this' and 'Isn't this fun!'.

This game title is a bit deceiving as It doesn't have any options to do makeup or beauty in any sense. The only game play is putting brushes or stamps on images of Barbie and her friends. The brushes/stamps weren't very good. Such as the "hair" brushes/stamps looked nothing much like hair, but chains or metal and the other ones didn't properly fit the shape of the head. There were animated brushes such as stars and hearts etc but these weren't adding to the appeal of this game. Never enjoyed it much.
