Honestly speaking these games play so bad they suck so bad. But! they're so iconic to me.
Also let's be real nothing can beat the charm of being able to customize playable characters in the 00s. I'm convinced this is why mmorpgs were so popular then.

this is the first time i think ive played a game that never had thte platform that i played it on even Listed on backloggd before which is really funny
I played this game on gameboy advance to completion and I gotta say I was expecting some REALLY dooty ass shovelware but this was... not entirely bad
infact id say some parts are GOOD LMAO
Its like an RPG Adventure game where you do random minigames to accumulate Blingz aka the money currency of the Bratzverse ofc
Youre also given side quests thatre in the guise of side quests but arent actually side quests and feel mandatory to doing any kind of progression, this isnt so bad because the maps themselves arent very big at all, even the lategame areas youll probably at worst be bumbling around for like 10 minutes or less until you find that one specific item or whatever

the realest challenge of this game is when you hate playing a minigame thats your best bet of accumulating blingz though
i think most of them are largely inoffensive or even kinda mindlessly entertaining, could definitely see a little kid getting way more out of this than me though LMFAO

The plot itself for this is fucking crazy because there's this Rorshach looking ass dude tailing the truck the girls are in and you learn from some old diner lady that theres a legend about a guy that was a cowboy and he talked shit too much so he ended up getting shot in the face and his nose and lower half of his jaw were just gone.. im NOT SHITTING U thats straight up what they say in this game
And when i got to tht part i was like "...??????"
like thats a little dark but COOL Lets get back to shopping ig

I think the customization with the shopping itself is really varied and such, and really thats half the fun for anyone that plays this game at all lol
final thoughts: UhHhH SURE! GO FOR IT! If you are familiar with the bratz series youll probably like it but i implore you to play one of the home console versions of it instead. I like the spritework in the overworld shit but i imagine its much better on consoles(?) a lot of it Does have that licensed game budgetness to it, flung out with minigames galore, but really is that any reason to call this a bad game? everything is functional after all and i found it entertaining enough to say it can get tedious but it is Fineee.... just a simple road-trip adventure about bonding, fashion, betrayal, murder and serving cunt

how did i end up with zero fashion sense after playing this game

i remember the make up minigame being so much fun, like picking different shades from the pallets and applying it to the creepy bratz face lmao
