Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is a fast-paced online multiplayer action game which will have players turning in their guns and grenades for battle axes and swords. Chivalry: Medieval Warfare combines a sharp melee edge and familiar competitive gameplay along with the genuine look and feel of open-field combat in the Middle Ages. Players will use different attacks, blocks and counters insuring that combat is tactical, responsive and of course chaotic.

I had no idea what I was doing, I think I killed people from my own team too.

The game is quite dynamic and very demanding of the player. There are levels, but they do not carry any payload. Don't expect your health to increase or your damage to grow. Levels simply show how long you've been playing and how experienced you are, not your character. Maximum - new types of weapons will be unlocked. But new ones do not mean better than old ones. Each weapon has its own weight, length, and type of warhead; you really need to learn how to use each one. A light infantryman with a short sword or knife can chop a heavy vanguard into mince if he is not agile enough.

I never got the hype for this game. I had a good friend in high school who was obsessed with it, and I tried to get into it with him but I got bored so fast. I've rarely found combat to be the most exciting part of a game. So a game that's just that? I just don't think it's the kind of game for me.

One of my favourite games. It was a better sword multiplayer game than For Honor. I think it was better than Chivalry 2.
