Probably one of the most predictable sci-fi stories of all time but it's a Counterstrike visual novel so the novelty made the experience enjoyable. If you've got decent Japanese skills I recommend reading it since it's not very long.

Here's a link to an entire "playthrough" of it. It's what I used. All you'll miss is playing the very short gameplay sections, which are about one minute long combined so it's fine.

If you don't know Japanese, watch the opening, you can guess the entire plot from it.
