Darwinia is a super unique and kinda trippy RTS game. The visuals are retro-cool, the whole thing feels like a virus outbreak in an '80s computer, and the tiny little AI guys you command are strangely adorable. It's got a puzzle-like feel to it, which I dig, but the controls can be wonky and it's definitely not for everyone. If you like a good brain teaser and something completely different, Darwinia is worth trying...just don't expect a typical strategy experience.

5 Stars just for Retribution mode, funniest fucking idea in a multiplayer game that dead players can just grief the game.

One of my favorite games of all time. It's good.

Aesthetic is peak.

Good simplified RTS that can slow to a crawl.

Game was somethin', that's for sure. Did anyone else hang onto that little keychain, though? Loved that thing.
