A boring, simplistic dungeon crawler that doesn't hold a candle to the better games in this genre of the late 80s.

This isn't exactly a game I could recommend. It's as basic as a basic dungeon crawler can get. You move through a maze, fight monsters of all kinds, buy items and gear if you find a shop in the dungeon, get a boss key, and fight the boss. Rinse, repeat. Around 20 "different" dungeons long. There really isn't much to it. The story of the game is relegated to dungeon start text and dungeon end text. Hell, even combat is represented with just flashes in the player text section and the visual section of the dungeon and enemy.

The only thing I could really praise it for is the pretty good enemy sprite work (beyond the generic slimes, lol).

If you honestly want to play one of the more brainless dungeon crawler games out there, and if you don't mind monotony, be my guest. Otherwise, don't bother.
