It's a neat concept, and once you figure out how the plane interacts with different objects it plays pretty decently though some areas can get frustrating. The paper plane themed items are also a nice cohesive visual touch.

You are a paper airplane trying to fly through the air without hitting the ground or obstacles. Gravity is a cruel mistress, but thankfully you are in a house with a suspicious amount of ventilation, so there's plenty of updrafts and other air blowing around. In other words, it's a puzzle exploration game - sort of like a puzzle platformer but with gliding instead of platforming. As you navigate from room-to-room, you'll find the house is more substantial than you might initially think.
