The Snow Fairy Sayuki is on a quest to save her beloved from the evil curse of the demons plaguing her land. I remember getting it when I was 9 because it had monsters and creatures on the box art and I was insanely confused by how different the actual game was from my expectations. I was stuck on the second level's boss for over a year as a kid which to this day is the longest I've ever been stuck on a boss fight. It's decently fun once you get the hang of the difficulty though.
One of the worst shmups I've ever played. Could have been much, much better...
