Help Wanted: 50 Wacky Jobs! is a quirky collection of minigames where you try your hand at an absurd variety of professions, from pizza delivery to sumo wrestling. The game has a goofy, offbeat sense of humor and an unusual plot where you save the world from space debris... by earning money and buying defensive items on TV. While the minigames themselves are a mixed bag in terms of quality and fun, the sheer absurdity of the premise and the addictive desire to unlock more jobs and collectibles can provide some lighthearted entertainment.

The mind numbingly bad minigames are so frustrating, that the game is simply cannot be enjoyed after a while.

The absurdness of the story line really just makes this game for me

While it looks like your average Wii shovelware, the premise of this game had a zany concept- work any odd job you can to try and prevent the apocalypse. I lked the wacky storytelling this game had going for it and with 50 minigames it seemed like there should be a lot of fun variety. Unfortunately, poor motion controls and bad design make for an altogether miserable and stressful experience that put this game right back down with the worst minigame collections you can find for the Wii. There was a lot of potential here but Help Wanted cannot overcome terrible gameplay.

Most of the minigames suck but it gets points for being so fucking weird
