The update was meh. I like the voice acting of Hawkeye. I found the story to be disappointing. I found the boss fight copy-and-paste of Abomination.

pior dlc do jogo mas ainda é menos ruim que a campanha, negócio sem pé nem cabeça

After an ok first DLC with Kate Bishop: Taking AIM, Marvel's Avengers released it's second DLC. Another operation called Hawkeye: Future Imperfect. I was not excited for this DLC. Because i am not a Hawkeye fan and we already had a Hawkeye in the game. I still think it was a mistake releasing 2 similar characters back to back but it already happened and we can't change it so let's not waste anymore time.

Again, this DLC is free, like all Marvel's Avengers DLC's. It includes a new character, Hawkeye. A new story and this time, a new region to the game. Let's start with the character, Hawkeye.

He is different. Thank god. He is not a copy of Kate Bishop, he has his own moves, animations, heroics and he also has some cool new arrow types. He feels totally different which was amazing to see. I liked him more because of his unique combos and i liked the heroics more.

He has his own skill tree with some pretty good skills to get. Like all Marvel's Avengers heroes, it was a blast getting him to Character Level 50 and Power Level 150. I think his battle pass is better. I really liked the Ronin outfit. His skins are better too. There are the classic recolors of course but the Ronin outfit, Old Man Hawkeye outfit and some other outfits i don't want to spoil are really cool.

Speaking of Old Man Hawkeye, the story. It's actually a sequel to Kate's operation so at least play that before playing this. It's about Hawkeye, the other Hawkeye and the Avengers trying to stop AIM, in the future. The story here is really cool. It felt like a mini comic event featuring time travel, old and young versions of the same characters and of course trying to stop someone from destroying past, present and future. I really liked the story.

There are 5 missions and again, if you rush through them you can complete the DLC in 90 minutes. Explore the maps and you will get to 3, maybe even 4 hours. There is a new map, finally. It's Future Wastelands. Unfortunately there is not much side quests to do there. I think there is 3,4 side quests. They definitely could add more. I liked the new map, it has a unique look. And the enemies there do have some slight visual changes here and there.

Though the environment is different, enemies and objectives aren't. You are still fighting the same enemies while doing the same objectives but this time, in a different location. It's definitely a step in the right direction, but it's a small step.

Finally, the villain. Developers said they will add new villains with every DLC. Kate Bishop: Taking AIM had Super Adaptoid which was very bad. Both the fight was bad and the character was bad. This time we have Maestro. And damn it, because the same thing happens. I think he is in like 1 or 2 cutscenes? He has a little more personality than Super Adaptoid but still, we have no real idea about him. He doesn't have a character. And the fight is, ok?

Hawkeye: Future Imperfect is better than the first DLC. Which is great. It adds more things than the first DLC, and the quality of the things it adds are again, better than the first DLC. But, it still isn't enough to make Marvel's Avengers a good live service game. It's still a good game, this time with more content, but it's still a bad, maybe horrible live service looter brawler.

Wie immer nett, aber mehr leider nicht -.-
