A port of Bomberman '94
Mega Bomberman is a top-down action game. Control your Bomberman through various levels defeating multiple enemies and plenty of bosses. Each level consist of blocks for exploding and some blocks that don't explode. At times you will need the non-exploding blocks as shelter. The blocks that do explode reveal power-ups and eggs.

Bem legal, naquela pegada bomberman mesmo. O jogo é bem de boa, tirando o chefe Caranguejo e o Ultimo chefe, que sem upgrades são meio complicados, mas de resto é tranquilo!

I love me some Bomberman but this one sucks.
It's pretty ugly with a lot of background elements not being animated. Despite that the game manages to hit a whopping 5 fps every time like 4 enemies are on screen.

Very cool game. I played this when I was young and replayed it in late 2022 for nostalgy. It aged very well.
This game feels like a Brazilian bootleg lol.
There isn't much to say about this game, it's just a port of Bomberman '94 that changes little to nothing. The only major difference is in the graphics department since the game looks a bit lamer. Like it just visually looks more boring than the original and I guess it's fine for a Mega Drive game, the soundtrack also sounds a whole lot more like a Mega Drive game unsurprisingly.
There is honestly no reason to play this game anymore thanks to emulation, the only thing that this game has and the original doesn't is an English translation for the multiplayer menus but this isn't worth the downgrade, you also lose the ability to play with up to 5 people since you can only plug up to 4 controllers in the MegaDrive.
Nothing good or bad about it, just another piece of Bomberman history that brings nothing new to the franchise.
