Yea more content but they didn't take the time to fix how annoyingly punishing the previous game was.

This one is quite similar to the first. The main difference is that there are more championships and new tracks available. You have the option to choose the weather conditions and whether you want to race during the day or night for single races. The corner controls remain the same as in the first game, making it difficult to maneuver and braking can be harsh (either you break and have someone overtake you or you don't break and crash into walls). I like the tracks, but it is challenging to see them clearly due to the outdated graphics. I actually found this game to be harder than Moto Racer 1. I have not yet tried the PC version. I dont like it as much as the first. I grew up with Moto racer 1, not Moto racer 2; so I don’t have any nostalgia for it.

LITERALLY the exact same game as the first one.

The only differences are:
1) new tracks (with less visual variety)
2) reskinned menu
3) now motocross and regular racing are split into separate championships.

That is it. Even the soundtrack is the same.

I don't even know how to rate this game because on one hand this means it's as good as the first one (almost, I still prefer the visual variety of the original), on the other hand, if I bought it back in the day, I would've felt robbed. This is like a DLC sold as a full game. If something like this came out today, it would've probably caused an outrage.

I have a lot of nostalgia for the first game as we played it was a family. I found this years later when I was like 12 and I played it alone for a bit. Maybe it's an improvement over the first but idk.
