this game would be the deal of the century if 80% of the games in it actually worked

I recommend that you play this on the Xbox 360 as it has pretty much every Namco arcade game.

Decent arcade collection that's definitely worth getting if you own an Xbox 360, even if you're only checking it out for the Namco XBLA titles included on the disc. The actual collection itself (including the XBLA ports of the arcade titles) is probably unmatched when it comes to the amount of games on a Namco Museum, but it falters greatly in how the presentation is. A paltry amount of game settings and no extras like flyers and factoids on the games makes this collection feel ultimately a little careless in how it was shaped together, making it feel like a generic ROM list like on a lot of other arcade collections of the time. If you're also one of the few people that cares about The Tower of Druaga (at least in the West, like me), the port on here is riddled with glitches, and can softlock at one point, apparently. I'd suggest getting Namco Museum Switch these days if you want to play Druaga anyways, as that has a full guide and save states, both of which are a great help to the game. Overall, if you want a sizable amount of Namco games legit, this is definitely worth getting, but if you want a good presentation and window-dressing to go along with it, look elsewhere.

Very much worth it if only for the Xbox Live Arcade titles (Pac-Man, Mrs Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, New Rally-X, Galaga Legions, Pac-Man Championship Edition andn Mr Driller Online). The rest of the collection has a lot of decent stuff but its clear they have just been flung on without any real care to make them look decent.
